आरसीएम बिजनेस के संचालक टी.सी. छाबड़ा का इंटरव्यू
आरसीएम में गलत कुछ है ही नहीं-छाबड़ा
आरसीएम बिजनेस के मुखिया तिलोक चंद छाबड़ा से आरसीएम पर लगे आरोपों, कम्पनी पर की जा रही पुलिस कार्यवाही, मंथर गति से चल रही न्यायिक प्रक्रिया और भविष्य की कार्य योजना को लेकर उठ रहे सवालों पर खबरकोश डॅाट कॅाम के सम्पादक ने बात की, गौर तलब है कि आरसीएम प्रमुख टी.सी. छाबड़ा इन दिनों जेल में है, उनसे मिले प्रश्नों के सम्पादित उत्तरांश को हम पाठकों के लिये प्रकाशित कर रहे है, उल्लेखनीय है कि करोड़ों लोगो की चहेती आरसीएम कम्पनी पर हुई पुलिसिया कार्यवाही के पश्चात कम्पनी संचालक टी.सी. छाबड़ा से मीडिया से हुई यह पहली बातचीत है (सम्पादक) . . .
कम्पनी पर गरीबों के लिए बांटे जाने वाले एफसीआई के गेहूं की कालाबाजारी के भी आरोप है?
.............. यह आरोप भी पूरी तरह से बनावटी है। जान बूझकर यह बनावटी आरोप लगाकर इसका दुष्प्रचार किया गया ताकि कम्पनी की ख्याति को पूरी तरह से ध्वस्त किया जा सके। वास्तव में गेहूं बाजार से खरीदा गया है जिसके सप्लायर्स के स्टेटमेन्ट व पक्के बिल मौजूद है। इस गेहूं में जो पुराना एफसीआई का बारदान उपयोग में लिया गया है उसके भी बिल सप्लायर्स के पास मौजूद है।
कोई भी ऐसा सबूत नहीं है जो यह साबित करता हो कि यह गेहूं एफसीआई का है। केवल दबाव बनाने व बदनाम करने के उद्देश्य से यह झूठा आरोप गढ़ा गया है।
पुलिस का दावा है कि कम्पनी जाॅइनिंग के नाम पर ज्यादा पैसा बटोर रही थी तथा उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता भी ठीक नहीं थी ?
............कम्पनी के जॅाइनिंग के लिए कोई अलग उत्पाद नहीं है। कम्पनी जो उत्पाद जॅाइनिंग में देती है वे ही उत्पाद उन्हीं दरों पर उपभोक्ता जॅाइनिंग के बाद भी खरीदते रहते हैं। यदि जॅाइनिंग में दिये जाने वाले उत्पाद महंगे होते तो वे ही उपभोक्ता उन्हीं उत्पादों को फिर से क्यों खरीदते ? उन्हीं उत्पादों की बार-बार खरीद ही इसका सबसे बड़ा प्रमाण है कि कम्पनी जॅाइनिंग के नाम पर ज्यादा पैसा नहीं बटोरती है। जॅाइनिंग के समय भी उपभोक्ता केवल उत्पादों की कीमत ही प्रदान करता है और कोई अतिरिक्त राशि उससे वसूल नहीं की जाती है।

.............. यह आरोप निराधार है। आरसीएम विशुद्ध रूप से उत्पादों की बिक्री का कारोबार है जिसमें विज्ञापन व विपणन की लागत को बचाकर इस बचत का लाभ सीधा उपभोक्ताओं को दिया जाता है। उपभोक्ताओं के हित संरक्षण में इससे बेहतर मार्केटिंग का कोई तरीका हो नहीं सकता है। कम्पनी उत्पादों के विक्रय मूल्य के अलावा कोई राशि किसी से वसूल ही नहीं करती है तो ठगी का कोई प्रश्न ही पैदा नहीं होता है। कम्पनी 700 से ज्यादा दैनिक उपयोगी उत्पादों के साथ देश भर में 4000 से ज्यादा वितरण केंद्रों के जरिये पिछले 12 सालों से लगातार उपभोक्ताओं के विश्वास में वृद्धि हासिल कर रही है। इसमें कोई भी गतिविधि ऐसी नहीं है जो चिटफण्ड के अन्तर्गत आती हो। कम्पनियां अपने उत्पाद बेचने के लिए बड़ी धनराशि विज्ञापन, मार्केटिंग आदि में खर्च कर देती है, उसे बचाकर उपभोक्ताओं में वितरित कर देने के बेहतर तरीके की चिटफण्ड में गिनती एक तरफ से चिटफण्ड एक्ट का गलत नीयत से दुरूपयोग करना हैै। चिटफण्ड एक्ट वास्तविक रूप से चिटफण्ड का कार्य कर रही कम्पनियों के कार्य को रोकने के लिए बनाया गया था। उस एक्ट को आरसीएम पर लगाना बिल्कुल कानून का मखौल बनाना है। इस तरह से तो हिन्दुस्तान के हर नागरिक को किसी न किसी कानून में आसानी से फंसाया जा सकता है। यह कानून में पारदर्शिता व स्पष्टता की कमी को उजागर करता है।आप पर आरोप है कि आपने आरसीएम के नाम से चिटफण्ड कम्पनी चलाकर लोगों के साथ ठगी की है, इस बारे में आपका क्या कहना है ?

NUTRICHARGE
Our body is very complex to understand. The important body parts like muscles, skin, hair, eyes, bones & blood are composed of carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals, fats, water and other elements. As per the scientists our body has 100 types of protein, 13 types of vitamins and 14 types of minerals. They may be in large (macro nutrients) or in small (micro nutrients) quantities and sizes, but they all have equal importance. We need a proper balance of macro and micro nutrients in our body to stay healthy.
Carbohydrates provide energy to the body and help all body parts to function properly. Proteins and minerals ensure development of new blood, skin, bones, hair and other vital organs.
Our body produces 200 billion red blood cells everyday, replacing all the blood in our body every 120 days as well as in 30-90 days our entire skin is replaced.
Some types of vitamins and minerals are catalysts in many body processes as they convert food into energy and help develop vital organs. Whenever we are short of energy (Carbohydrates), we feel hungry and try to meet the same by any type of food available. But deficiency of vitamins and minerals comes to our notice only when we fall sick or other serious health consequences.
If we are aware of our nutritional requirements then only we can save ourselves from clutches of serious health hazards.
